Workout for 2-3-2012

    3 Rounds for time.
    10 Dead Lifts (DL) 155# (RX'd 275)
    150 single unders(RX'd DU)
    Time 6:39.16

    Rested about 2 hours in between workouts.

    Leg extensions: 2 warm up sets w/lighter weight for 30 reps each
    Wide stance barbell squat: 2 lighter sets of 15, 2 heavy sets till failure
    Leg press: 4x8
    Walking barbell lunges: 3x20
    Barbell step ups: 3x10
    Plie dumbbell squat: 3x15
    Standing calf raise: 3x20, last set till failure
    Donkey calf raise: 3x20, last set till failure
