Today was a rest day on Crossfit. Was feeling it in my calves from yesterday. I will be doing the Gate River Run in March, so I did an easy run.Instead of doing my normal mapped out runs, I just went out and ran. I ended up doing 4.90K in 26:44.09min. Felt good.
