Workout for 2-2-2112

  1. Today was a rest day on Crossfit. Was feeling it in my calves from yesterday. I will be doing the Gate River Run in March, so I did an easy run.

    Instead of doing my normal mapped out runs, I just went out and ran. I ended up doing 4.90K in 26:44.09min. Felt good.

    Chest/Abs/Cardio

    Wide grip barbell bench press 5 sets (1 warm up, 3 regular, 1 negative)
    Wide stance push ups 3x15
    Cable crossovers 3x10
    Incline bench press 3x10
    Side to side push ups 3x10

    Superset
    Toe touchers 3x20
    Crunches (legs straight in the air) 3x20

    Roman chair leg raise 3x10
    Cable crunches 3x10

    30 minutes cardio
