    AMRAP(as many rounds as possible) in 12 min of:

    20(24) inch Box Jump, 12 reps
    65(95) pound Thruster, 6 reps
    6 Bar-facing burpees

    6 Rounds and 9 box jumps.

    Barbell curls 3x10

    Superset:
    Overhead cable cur 3x10
    Cable hammer curl-rope attachment 3x10

    Alternating hammer curls 3x10
    Dips 3x15
    Skullcrushers 3x10
    Seated tricep press 3x10
    Triceps pushdown 3x10

    Airbike 1 minute
    Jackknife sit ups 1 minute
    Hanging leg raises 3x10

    Cardio 30 minutes
