Workout for 2-1-2012

  1. The workout was the one from the CrossFit mainsite for today.

    30 Handstand Push ups (HSPU)
    40 Pull ups
    50 Kettleball swings (I used a 25# one)
    60 Situps
    70 Burpees
    For time.

    My time was 24:55.51

    I also did a warmup before this and might go running later.

    1. I did a 2 mile run (because I got lost. LOL) - 10 min pace

      15 minutes on the heavy bag – bloody knuckles to prove it and that is with wearing bag gloves.

      All below with BFTB pacing

      125 sit-ups
      15 assisted pull-ups
      5- 30 second dead hangs.

  2. Wide grip overhand pull ups 3x10

    Superset:
    Bentover barbell row 3x10 @ 60lbs
    Seated cable row 3x10 @ 120lbs

    Wide grip lat pull down 3x10 @ 90lbs
    One arm row 3x10 @ 30lbs
    Hammer strength pull downs 3x10 @ 90lbs
    Hyperextensions with 25lb plate

    Cardio – 30 minutes on the arch trainer
